Mechanical & Electrical Refurbishment

Full M&E Refurbishment of 26 bedroom care home with communal living area and gardens.

Emtec Southern installed a centralised plant room supplying district heating to all new 26 bedrooms fitted with Heat interface units. Emtec Southern installed new boosted cold water system supplied from a new scuba tank located within the centralised plantroom.

Full re-wire was installed plus warden call system, CCTV, access control, IRS and extract ventilation to all areas and bedrooms. A PV system was also installed on to the roof of the property.
