Refurbishment works

The project involved carrying out the refurbishment works to extend the Jubilee toilets to form a new gift shop in the existing space between the toilets and the Jubilee Café, Grade 1 listed building.

Emtec Southern were involved in all Mechanical & Electrical aspects of the project and involved a great deal of co-ordination & management with all others services to provide a very high standard of work to meet the Palace of Westminster’s expectations.

Working within the Houses of Parliament, was challenging due to restricted access and a strict delivery regime.
