Design & Build Project

Construction of a new cycle centre to cater for the storage of 500 cycles at concourse level, changing rooms as well as retail units with an outside terrace area on the first floor.

Emtec Southern took the project on a Design and Build basis, including Air Source Heat Pump renewable energy, including Heat recovery units as well as complex & advance lighting system. Emtec Southern worked closely with the builder & the design consultants to achieve a high level of quality for the Southern Rail Client.
